Starts with a good salts gone wash through the inside of the frame and outer of everything, then it gets needle gun prep to blast off any heavy rust flaking, then we follow up with a wire brush on an angle grinder and burr tools to remove surface rust, blow the frame out with 150psi of air, spray Woolwax / Kellsport Products on every inner and outer crevice, nook, and cranny we can find till the vehicle is protected!

Prepping for woolwax always uncovers spots needing repair, this 2015 ford f150 was no exception. But we got it cleaned up, ground the rot out, gotta grind it till back to thick metal and then welded a formed cap over the top. Now we can continue on needle gunning the frame getting ready for Woolwax / Kellsport Products application
