WE DID IT! With the help and support of the most amazing community of volunteers, creatives, patrons and donors, we have reached our goal to match 50% of the cost of purchasing new upgraded stage lights!

This past weekend, some of our very own talent competed in The Andrea's 80th birthday party Lip Sync Contest. Not only did they win, but they chose The Granite Theatre as their recipient charity and closed the remaining gap!

After months of fundraising, we are almost there. ❤️

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, sponsors, volunteers, and patrons, The Granite is now just $1,200 away from fully meeting the match for our Rhode Island State Council on the Arts stage lighting grant.

Since opening night of our season, we have been working toward this goal through donations, fundraising efforts, and community support, and we are so close to making this upgrade a reality.

These new stage lights will help us:
• Improve visibility and stage quality for every production
• Create a better experience for audiences and performers
• Reduce long-term maintenance and equipment issues
• Continue growing the quality of theatre we can bring to our community.

Step into the whimsical world of Almost Maine, where love arrives unexpectedly, disappears suddenly, and changes people forever. This charming and heartfelt play features a collection of beautifully human stories filled with comedy, emotion, and wonder.
