After selling out our first one, 2 Step Affair is returning to The Treehouse at Oyster Club in Mystic, Connecticut on Saturday, September 19 for one last night before the season ends.

5 hours overlooking the river as golden hour turns into night. Food, cocktails, good people and house music in one of the most unique spaces in Mystic.

Your $75 ticket includes passed bites from Oyster Club featuring mini lobster rolls, steak sandwiches, oysters + more, two cocktails, sponsored cocktail tastings during cocktail hour, dessert and the full show.

5PM → cocktail hour + house music
golden hour → eat + drink + mingle + house music
8PM → dessert + house music

Bass nights in Mystic don’t come around often, so we wanted to make this one count. We’re bringing together a stacked lineup spanning drum & bass, jungle, dubstep, trap, dub + everything in between.

Lenore is co-founder at elements, one of the longest running dance music weeklies in the world which is located at the Phoenix Landing in Boston every Thursday since January of '99. Her journey into djing was unplanned. After falling deep into house and electronic music in the early ‘90s and building a formidable record collection, a natural instinct behind the decks put her on the path, leading to her first set in Spain in 1994. Crate-digging back in Boston the following year, she locked in on jungle and has been a devotee of the genre ever since. 

Now in its 27th year, her night brings in local, national and international talent, having built the reputation of one of the most prestigious dnb events in the country and world. A resident of elements since its inception, her dialed-in mixing and fearless programming shaped the night’s persona, with resident night popularity underpinning elements’ success. Outside of elements, she remains a steady presence around Boston and New England, known for sets that reach far beyond genre constraints and initiate newcomers into the jungle vibe. 

Mr. EyesLee is a Boston-based jungle & DnB DJ specializing in multi-deck blends, matching vocals and basslines to take the listener on an auditory journey. Currently holding residencies at elements (the longest running single-venue DnB weekly in North America) and his Playground: Field Trip monthly, Mr. EyesLee has played events around New England from small clubs to festivals. another saturday in the basement. we say thank you a lot, but we really mean it. every ticket bought, every friend you bring, every artist you discover, and every night you spend with us allows us to keep doing this.

we love throwing parties, but we love even more that these nights give underground artists a room full of people willing to listen.

thanks for continuing to show up for us and, more importantly, for the artists we believe in.

This weekend is a full-circle moment for us. A few months ago, Grahm Radio made a video spotlighting 2PRIMO and what we’ve been building here in Connecticut. That video took off and introduced what we do to a whole new audience.

Now we’re finally bringing Grahm Radio to The Dive in Mystic. Grahm and Brian Carter will both be playing extended sets, giving them the time to settle in, dig deep, and actually take the room on a journey. No rushing through tracks. No quick hour sets. Just two artists with the time to actually take the room somewhere.

If you’ve been waiting for a night where the DJs can take you on a journey, this is the one to pull up for.

Who is Grahm Radio?

Grahm Radio is a Miami-based lawyer, house music tastemaker, and international DJ spotlighting the artists, records, and culture shaping house music today. Currently on his first international tour, with stops in New York, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Montreal, Toronto, London, North Carolina, and more, Grahm is taking his intense love and passion for house music worldwide.

Who is Brian Carter?

London born Brian Carter's musical journey began in the UK in the late 70's as a musician playing percussion in local new wave bands.
He moved to San Francisco in the 80's where he continued his fascination with the music scene, attending concerts by then up and coming acts like Soft Cell, New Order and The Cure.
His connection with rave capture began in the early 90's, attending small underground raves in the San Francisco Bay Area that were thrown mostly by his fellow Englishmen.
It wasn't long before Brian was immersed in rave culture, creating the vehicle
"Dancebeatroute" to promote and deejay underground dance parties.
Brian was one of the first people to throw boat parties in New York City. He went on have some of the longest club residences in the Northeast while throwing deejay parties all across the East and West coast for three decades.
