Founded by .urquiza , whose dance journey began at just four years old, Latin Effect Dance Studio has become a cornerstone of the Long Island salsa community. From classical ballet and competitive hip-hop to Salsa Calena, her passion and dedication have inspired countless dancers.

As founder and director of the only Latino dance studio in her community, Jasmine has devoted herself to teaching children, teens, and adults, helping develop the future Salsa Stars of Long Island. Alongside her niece Aria, she continues to build a legacy of culture, confidence, and excellence through dance.
