🎨 Another Project Complete! 🎨

We’re proud to share the transformation of the Corwith Red Power facility in Corwith, Iowa!

This project included restoring several LP tanks with a fresh industrial coating to help protect them from the elements and give them a clean, like-new appearance.

We also pressure washed the home’s vinyl siding, removing years of algae, mildew, and built-up grime to brighten the entire property.

It’s amazing what a thorough cleaning and a quality paint system can do for a property’s curb appeal!

Another Farm Transformation Complete! ✅

This project included giving a weathered LP tank and wood sided shed a fresh new look. Years of peeling paint, fading, and weathering were removed and replaced with a durable industrial coating designed to protect and improve the appearance for years to come.

LP Tank primed using Kem Kromik primer and top coated with Sher Kem high gloss finishing enamel.

Wood siding pressure washed and painted and back rolled using Sherwin Williams SuperPaint

15 Years Later… Ready for Another 15❗️

This metal roof was originally painted 15 years ago, and after years of protecting the building from Iowa’s weather, it was time for a fresh coat.

The top photo shows the roof before repainting, and the bottom photo shows the finished result. What a difference!

This older farm house the factory finish had failed and started to flake and peel.

✅Pressure washed to remove all flaking and peeling paint and assure good adhesion.

✅Covered and masked all windows and areas we were not painting.

This Garage was in need of some TLC so she got the full treatment.

✅Pressure Washed to remove all dirt and debris and assure good adhesion.

✅Primed rusty areas with a rust inhibiting primer.

✅Applied Uniflex One flash to all fasteners in roof to help seal it.

✅Painted roof and walls using Sherwin Williams Paint in an extra white.

✅Painted Trim and gutters using Sherwin Williams Paint in Fired Brick Red.
