🍸 Bistro Bartenders & Servers (Full-Time & Part-Time)*

You’ll learn to spot damage, treat stains, fold to perfection, and manage inventory like a pro. You’ll load housekeeping carts, stock supply closets, and keep the whole operation flowing. 🧼 Housekeepers / Room Attendants (Full-Time & Part-Time)*
You walk into a room that’s been lived in and you leave behind perfection. That’s the job. You’ll strip beds and remake them with military corners, scrub bathrooms until they sparkle, dust every surface, vacuum every inch, and restock everything from coffee pods to toilet paper. You’re trained on Marriott’s “room-ready” checklist — 30+ points of inspection so every guest walks into a “wow.” You’ll learn time management, attention to detail, and how to work independently while being part of a tight team. 📋 Bistro Bar & Food Service Manager (Full-Time)*
You want to RUN something? Here’s your shot. You’ll own the entire Bistro operation — front of house, back of house, bar, everything. You build the schedule, you control the costs, you order the inventory, you develop the menu with our chef partners, and you make sure health code is flawless. You’ll hire, train, coach, and fire up a team of bartenders and servers. You’ll handle P&L, manage vendor relationships, and drive guest satisfaction scores. You maintain every square inch of public space — lobby, hallways, elevators, stairwells, fitness center, pool deck, business center, meeting rooms. You’re the carpet spotter, the window washer, the trash commander, the floor buffer. You move furniture, deliver room service, haul luggage carts, bring up rollaways and cribs, and back up housekeeping with linen runs. You’re the reason the hotel looks 5-star at 7am and 11pm. Must pass drug screening. Must meet physical demands — on your feet 8 hours, lifting 50 lbs, bending, pushing, walking miles a day.
