“You Wanna Get Nuts? C’mon! Let’s Get Nuts!” is my latest painting.

Ain’t nothing like reimagining the famous Bruce/Batman quote through the eyes of a squirrel. The meaning completely changes! haha. I did choose to go with those squirrels that have the tall ears - a visual allusion to Batman.

This is 8”x8”, acrylics on the stretched upholstery fabric. Currently working on a frame!

“Cardinal Cardinale” is my latest and it’s a little one: 7”x5” (8.5”x6.5” in my handcrafted floating frame). It is acrylics on stretched upholstery fabric. This is my first painting featuring any kind of dinnerware and sauce. It was challenging to paint, especially considering the small size and the texture of the fabric.

A cardinal in a cardinale sauce made me smile and it’s fun to look at, but definitely would not eat it! Haha

“Old Glory” is my latest painting and features the Historic Chester County Court House in the town where I grew up: West Chester, PA.

While visiting in February, my wife and I walked town between Marshall Square and Everhart Parks and snapped photos all along the way. The morning light illuminated the court house beautifully. Those photos became reference for this painting.

Acrylics on canvas panel, this piece measures 14”x17” in my handcrafted frame.

This painting, as well as 5 giclée archival prints are available exclusively at Bookmarks-WC on Gay St. in West Chester!
