How is the road you're traveling teaching you?
WHO has misjudged your character?
Who pointed something out you never noticed or realized until recently?
What opportunity have you had recently?

It's all a mirror. I never understood how a covert narcissist or someone who harms others could be my mirror.
They don't look like me.
I don't any anything like them, in fact, I'm the exact opposite.

Later down the road in my infinitely unfolding awakening, did I realize...
That indeed everything and everyone is a mirror because HOW WE LOOK at that situation...
Reflects who WE are and how WE have chosen to REact.
What do we need to externalize that we've internalized for so long?!

This is why I no longer get offended.
I have outgrown getting triggered,
(for the most part).
I innately, automatically and instinctively go straight to the root cause of WHY this is happening and WHY the person is acting the way that they are.
And THEN, I step back in silence and self observe.
What did I do to attract this? Or to make this person act this way?
What lesson am I being taught?

There is zero reason to fight fire with fire.
That fire will only grow.
Instead... fight it with water!
Fire represents passion, pain, intensity.
Water represents emotion, love and fluidity.

Pour that love on to that heated situation.
Be patient if you can, I know some situations call for the fighter in you. I know that very well, because I'm a lover all the way, until that mama bear or defender comes out and I NEED to roar...

But if you can, fight it with love and watch how that fire will dwindle!

Means I'm on the right path and whoever reads this is too. It might be meant for you!

Take a moment to step back from the heated situation to self analyze. Observe the person and situation. Embrace what it's teaching you on the road you're traveling and choose which direction you're going to take from there.

IT GOT EVEN BETTER! 😀😊🤭
Okay... I just found out the space I'm using is now only available until mid July!
So...
Instead of having classes every Thursday and every other Saturday, it will now be:

EVERY TUESDAY 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM

EVERY THURSDAY 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM

and

EVERY SATURDAY 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
(Saturdays subject to change on rare occasion due to other venues renting the space. I will notify as quickly as I am notified.)

Is at;
Valley Fair Shopping Center
On the right of ULTA, in the empty space with open sliding doors.

Address is ~ 3601 South Constitution Blvd.
On the North West side of the parking lot.
There is no business sign.
Just a huge sign above from mall management supporting Ukraine.

Hello everybody. If you're wanting to know schedules and fees, you can either message me, or if you could download the Eventbrite app, it'll have all the information there.

In person will be;
Every single Thursday from
11:30 AM to 1:30 PM
&
Every other Saturday from
3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
HOWEVER...

Saturdays are subject to change, because the space is sometimes rented out on Saturdays by various venues and events.

So, it's good to download the app, where you can get all this information, along with the address, the payment options, etc.

Remember, your first two classes are free. Orientation doesn't count as a class, so of course that's free and anybody under 12 is also free.

Registration starts as soon as you can!
It's $15 so I can at least get you a belly dance belt, save your spot, and send you helpful tools.

Video Classes will be;
Every Tuesday.
