Remembering Pam ❤️
It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Pam Currier, a truly special member of the Region 6 family.
Pam was part of the very first Region 6 experience back in 2005 and served on the Region 6 Board of Directors for many years. She was so much more than a board member—she was part of the heart and soul of what made Region 6 special.
For many years, Pam was our Awards Chair, and she poured her heart and soul into that job. She didn’t simply purchase prizes—she searched for the perfect prizes. She thought about our exhibitors, the memories they would take home, and what would make each award feel special. So many of the beautiful awards and prizes presented at Region 6 over the years carried a little piece of Pam’s thoughtfulness and love.
Pam loved the Region 6 horse show. She was one of the people who helped shape the experience we know today and played an important role in its journey from the original Region 6 experience to what became the Region 6 Super 6.
She gave countless hours to planning, organizing, preparing, and making the show better each and every year. And somehow, in the middle of all that work, she still found time to do what she loved most—show her beautiful halter horses.
That was Pam. She gave so much of herself to Region 6, but she was also an exhibitor, a horsewoman, a friend, and a member of our Region 6 family.
Her fingerprints are on so many pieces of this show. Her dedication helped build traditions, her passion helped shape the experience, and her love for the exhibitors and the horses was evident in everything she did.
The Region 6 Super 6 will forever be a little different without her.
But we will continue to tell her stories, remember her laughter, admire the work she helped create, and carry forward the traditions she cared so deeply about.
Thank you, Pam, for every hour, every award, every horse show, every decision, every memory, and every piece of your heart that you gave to Region 6.
Your legacy is woven into the fabric of the Region 6 Super 6, and you will never be forgotten. ❤️
Rest peacefully, Pam. Until we meet again, thank you for helping make Region 6 what it is today. 🐴❤️
