Saturday, October 10 - The ICC invites you to a special event with acclaimed Western Massachusetts author Suzanne Strempek Shea as she reads from her newly-published book, "Compositions."

Join us as she reads humorous and poignant essays about her early years in a close-knit 1960s and ‘70s Polish-American Massachusetts grade school and community, followed by a Q&A. Strempek Shea will then take part in a book signing and offer her books for sale. This heartfelt and inspiring event is not to be missed.

"Tá mé ag foghlaim na Gaeilge" – "I am learning Irish." We have the perfect way for you to start your Irish language journey! No experience is needed for Introductory Irish. Students will develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. This class is taught on Zoom.

We offer additional classes through intermediate and advanced levels as well. Act now - registrations must be received by this Wednesday, September 2. See link in comments for more info on schedules and cost.

We’d say this is a perfect day to come watch the first Springfield Ri**es Rugby Club fall home match at the ICC!

The Ri**es play Old Gold Rugby Club on Saturday, August 29 at the Balise Field at the ICC. Kickoff is at 1 pm.

The Trinity Pub patio bar opens at 12:30 pm (limited beers, seltzers and Tea’s available for purchase). The Irish House Restaurant opens at 1:30 pm with a limited menu.

Fall rugby is back at the ICC! The Springfield Ri**es Rugby Club plays Old Gold Rugby Club this Saturday, August 29 at the Balise Field at the ICC. Kickoff is at 1 pm. We hope to see you here to cheer on your local team on their home field!

Register for online Irish history courses with historian Sean Murphy! Sean presents two monthly topics, divided into four-week modules, on the topics of Irish history and Irish counties.
