Who has joined us each month this summer for Jammin on the Point? We are ready to bring this concert season home with a locals favorite, Joey Davis Music on Friday, September 4th.

‼️ This is a fundraising event. While outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome, we encourage you to still support the fundraising efforts of the evening.

We have brought the fun every first Friday since May (except July when Mother Nature decided to cook us all☀️☀️!), and it’s shaping up to be a fun time on Friday, September 4th as welcome back to the stage, Joey Davis Music! 🎵

The West Point M/HS Athletics ⚾️ baseball team will be rocking the concession stand and thanks to Bohannon Legal this concert is FREE to attend.

We want to go out with a bang - and get folks pumped for Friday nights concert at West Point Crab Carnival on Friday, October 2nd.

🦀 Gates open at 6:00 pm to save your spot (bring lawn chairs and picnic blankets)
😎 Concert from 6:30 - 9:30 pm
🇺🇸 Free admission!
⚾️ No outside alcohol permitted. Outside food is permitted, but please keep in mind this is a FUNDRAISING event - if you do not purchase food or alcohol, we hope you will still consider placing a donation at the entry gate. All donations will go directly to the fundraising group this month. 🤘⚾️🏆‼️

As Chamber, it takes a lot of work to do Chamber things.

We are growing and adapting to meet the needs of our community and the members we serve.

When our community comes together - the businesses, organizations, and individuals - that’s when the real magic happens.

Jammin on the Point is a perfect example of that.
Each month during the summer on the first Friday, we work to bring talent to our unique stage at Town Park. Raising funds to support local groups for projects that are important to their mission.

To keep our costs low and to provide free activities for our community, we work with our local businesses to share the financial responsibilities.

Smurfit Westrock is a big supporter of that - as are all of our sponsors throughout the year. We thank not just the financial support they provide, but also the employees who take the time to volunteer for the event’s success.

We hope you will join us on Friday, September 4th to wrap up our 2026 Jammin on the Point series.

Supporting the event finically, and with volunteers is Bohannon Legal.
We will be raising funds for the incredible players of the West Point High School Baseball team.
And providing the tunes will be fan favorite Joey Davis Music.

While there are other options in town for food, we hope that if you attend this fee fundraising concert, you will still offer a donation to the local group that we are raising funds for.

Hey folks, we love bringing the heat, but Mother Nature is taking it a bit too literally this week. Due to tomorrows extreme weather forecast, we have made the decision to cancel tomorrow nights concert. We will try our best to reschedule the event so you don't miss out on an awesome band. 🥵🫠☀️

We want our community (& the bands instruments) melting from the music, not the humidity & heat. Stay safe, stay hydrated, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMERICA! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

We enjoy spending the first Fridays with you at Jammin on the Point here in West Point, VA. We are grateful for those who joined us in June as we welcomed Travis Elliott Music, C&F Bank, and West Point Music Boosters! It’s a team effort to make these event happen - the Chamber board, community volunteers, assistance from the Town of West Point, Virginia, especially from our friends at Public Works, and of course, the wonderful community members.

We look forward to welcoming you back for a patriotic evening this Friday, July 3rd for Radio Riot @ Jammin on the Point Summer Concert Series in West Point, Va ~ July 3rd.

Radio Riot will be providing the tunes, West Point, VA Masonic Lodge #238 will be working the concessions for fundraising this month and we will be joined by our sponsor, Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia!

Come dressed to impress in your most patriotic attire! There may be some crowd favorite awards given out to the most patriotic folks in attendance during the intermission around 8 pm! 😎🇺🇸

We had a great time on Friday night welcoming Travis Elliott Music to West Point! C&F Bank brought the fun with corn hole boards, free beach bags and some other fun swag! And the West Point Music Boosters knocked it out of the park with their delicious burgers and hot dogs!

We have a whole month to have some fun and enjoy the other awesome things going on around West Point. Be sure to follow Town of West Point, Virginia, Visit West Point & King William VA, and West Point Chamber of Commerce for all the details on fun events within the community and with the local businesses. ☀️
