I think I’ve finally recovered enough to talk about Bid Day. 😂🎈
This past weekend I had the opportunity to head to the Ole Miss campus and join BalloonLab of Oxford for one seriously EPIC weekend of balloons.
Artists came in from all over the United States, and somehow we spent nearly 36 hours awake prepping, building, and installing balloons across four sorority houses. Was I tired? Absolutely. Would I do it again? Also absolutely. 🤪
I learned so much, made some really great new friends in this industry, and came home with plenty of new ideas and inspiration. There’s just something so fun about getting outside of my own little balloon world and creating alongside people who understand the crazy.
A huge thank you to Ashley & Trey for inviting me to be part of their team and trusting me to jump in and help bring these installs to life. I’m so grateful I got to experience it. 🤍
And this is probably NOT my last Bid Day post… because the amount of photos and videos currently sitting in my camera roll is slightly ridiculous. 😂

And just like that, our last back-to-school install of the season! 🍎✏️🎈
We wrapped things up at Richards Elementary, and it was such a pleasure working with Mrs. Bunn on this one. She came to me with a vision, knew exactly what the school needed, and I was happy to help figure out how to bring it all together.
We designed and fabricated a custom step-and-repeat backdrop that Richards can use for years to come, then built the balloon décor around it to make it extra special for back-to-school season.
And they definitely put it to use! From teacher meetings to Open House and the events leading up to the first day of school, this setup got plenty of time to shine. 🙌🏼
I love creating something that looks great for an event, but I love it even more when we can design pieces with future celebrations in mind.
Thank you, Mrs. Bunn and Richards Elementary, for trusting me with your vision. What a fun way to wrap up a VERY busy back-to-school season! 🤍🎈

This back-to-school setup was an extra special one for me. 🤍🎈
Glenwood Elementary was the winner of our 3rd Annual Back to School Giveaway, which meant I got to head back to the same halls where I spent kindergarten through 8th grade—this time to create something fun for a whole new generation of students. 🍎✏️
But I think my favorite part of the entire install was the people.
Every single teacher, administrator, and staff member who walked by took the time to say thank you, tell me how excited they were, or simply express how much they appreciated us gifting this setup to their school. I don't know that I've ever encountered a group quite so overwhelmingly grateful, and it truly made my day.
Giving back to a school that was once such a big part of my own childhood was already pretty special. Having the gift received with that much genuine appreciation made it even sweeter. 🤍
Thank you, Glenwood, for the warm welcome back—and congratulations again on winning this year's giveaway! We hope your students and teachers have an incredible school year. 📚🎈

Back-to-school balloons, year TWO at South Fork Elementary! 🍎✏️🎈
We were so excited to be asked back for another year to help welcome their students to school. And once again, the teachers had one request for the message: “We missed you.” 🤍
After spending some time there during the install, I can tell you they absolutely mean it. Every teacher who stopped by talked about how excited they were to be back and how ready they were to see their students again.
There’s something really special about creating a fun welcome for kids knowing just how loved they are by the people waiting for them inside those doors.

Back-to-school season kept us BUSY this year, and we’re so grateful for the opportunity to create setups for so many of our local schools! 🍎✏️🎈

First up: Ozarks Christian Academy!
OCA came to us with a little challenge—they needed a photo backdrop large enough to accommodate entire classes while still keeping the design within a reasonable budget. So, we got creative!
We used reusable photography backdrops to create the base, added a colorful balloon garland, and then built oversized balloon crayons and colored pencils to give us the extra width we needed. 🖍️✏️

I absolutely LOVE how this one came together. It’s a good reminder that making an impact doesn’t always mean adding more—it’s about getting creative with the budget and space you have.

Apparently helping plan, coordinate, decorate, and execute an entire wedding was the easy part… because it has taken me WEEKS to sort through the photos and decide what to actually post. 😂🤍
But Claire & Noah’s wedding deserves its moment.

From decorating the ceremony pews and setting the reception tables, to styling the bar and dessert area (including the Dr Pepper towers because priorities 🤌🏼), to creating their custom “All the Love That Came Before Us” backdrop—there were so many little details packed into this day.
It was a labor of love, a whole lot of work, and such an honor to have our first larger-scale Wedding Planning, Coordination & Styling experience be for two people we love so much.

And because absolutely NO wedding like this happens with one person, a huge thank you to the vendors who helped bring it all together:

Well… it’s been two weeks since I’ve posted anything here. 😅
Turns out when you’re actually busy running a business, remembering to post about running the business gets a little difficult. Throw in a car accident somewhere in the middle of it all and, well… social media REALLY didn’t stand a chance. 🤪
I finally sat down and edited together “some” of the random things we’ve been up to lately—balloons, grab & go’s, behind-the-scenes chaos and everything in between.
We’re still here. Still creating. Still celebrating. Just apparently terrible at documenting it in real time. 😂
And maybe eventually I’ll get around to sharing Claire & Noah’s wedding… you know, the wedding I spent 11 weeks helping plan and somehow haven’t posted. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤍
