It's crazy to think that 2022 is almost over. I've been so busy I haven't had a chance to share even a small portion of the gorgeous photos I've been taking. In December I somehow photographed 27 events, 3 weddings, and 4 family sessions before Christmas. It seems like a blur now. I'm definitely going to carve out some time over the next 2 weeks to share some of them.
I didn't schedule anything for the week between Christmas and New Year's Day. I need to catch up on editing, I need to do some house projects I've been putting off, and I need to take a breath.
I'm ready to start 2023 off on a high note. I'm ready to find a great assistant to help launch a new year.
I've already got over 100 events on my calendar for 2023. I can't even tell you how blessed I feel to have clients come back to me year after year to capture all the important things for them.
Huge thanks to Place of Hope Pan-Florida Challenge, Palm Beach Opera, Coudert Institute, The Pearl Mae Foundation, Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, Palm Beach County Sports Commission, Women's Chamber Foundation PBC, Palm Health Foundation, Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, South Florida Hospital & Healthcare Association, Society of the Four Arts, Forgotten Soldiers Outreach, Take Stock in Children Palm Beach County, The Rotary Club of Boca Raton, FoundCare, Inc. and many others for supporting my business and trusting me to photograph all your amazing events each year!
I can't wait to see all the fantastic things that happen in 2023!
Happy Holidays to all!

✨Look Ma!! I got reviewed✨
This weekend, I was fortunate enough to get to be a part of the Palm Beach Opera scene program! This incredible night was directed by the amazing Paul Curran. Also, a huge shoutout to my lovely Cendrillon, Anna Kelly! Thank you to our lovely coach, Anna Betka, for her guidance and patience while helping us prepare this beautiful music 💛
“Brown’s mellow tones and versatility in how she moved as Le Prince on stage provided perfect counterpoint to Kelly, who glided in a large skirt, appropriate for a princess. This version of Massenet’s “Cendrillon” could be a full production, but only if Kelly and Brown are the leads.” The Palm Beach Post
It’s , which means it’s !
I am studying fiercely these next several weeks for my debut as Madama Butterfly Palm Beach Opera, and that studying includes technical work with my teacher Michael Paul!
After 12 years together we speak the same language, and YES I still have my voice lessons!!! It is my opinion that we are always learning, always growing, always changing as singers and artists, and you need a trusted set of ears to help you though those changes and growth spurts!
Here is an inside look at us working together on the Act I duet from Butterfly! Since we have been a team for so long, I trust his ears so much! While I may not hear what he hears in my own ears, I understand what he is asking me for, and the audience can hear the difference in the theatre! And that’s what is important!
Thank you for the beautiful playing! 🎹

One year since my first scene as Carmen! 🥀
So much has happened in this year! It’s crazy to think that only five months ago, I was singing the chorus right next to Isabel Leonard with the Santa Fe Opera 💛 Tonight we have our final dress rehearsal for our scenes program Palm Beach Opera where I will be singing Le Prince Charmant in the AII duet from “Cendrillon” and Le Voix in the Antonia trio from ”Les Contes d’Hoffmann”
What a hugely inspirational week in working with my amazing team on Butterfly! 🦋
Sometimes there are roles that affect you so deeply, but some how go into the voice so easily and perfectly. Butterfly is quickly becoming one of those roles. It is just spectacular, and while I have yet to get through the score with out crying, vocally it is one of the best fits of my new roles to date.
I’m so happy to share this little clip of Michael Paul and I working on Butterfly’s second Act II aria, “Che tua madre.” This is the one: this is the aria that I just want to curl up into a little ball and cry through. The pathos, the sadness, the love for her child. It’s all wrapped up in a special little aria in the middle of act II, and I just adore it! ❤️❤️ Bravo, Puccini, bravo!
Stay tuned for more, and if you are looking to get out of the cold 🥶 and snow ❄️ this winter, head down to 🏝 for Palm Beach Opera’s Madama Butterfly, and experience this role debut with me!
