Livin The Rhythm Drum Cypher: EVERY 1st & 3rd Thursdays from 7-11 pm @ The Vegan Restaurants Farmland (15550 Okeechobee Blvd) EVERY WEDNESDAY ! 7-9 pm @ The Norton Art Gallery

$15 a class, $5 under 12 Classes are taught by highly experienced yet locally located African percussionist Abasi "Basi Da Bossman" Hanif
Ask about Private Lessons, Drum Tighting and Repair, Performances and/or African Dance Class.

Saturday August 24th and September 28th starting at 10am at the Brooks Center (594 W. 4th St. Riviera Beach, FL) Big shout to the City, Commissioner and of course the American Heart Association! We will open with a Beginner Drum Class/workshop followed by a full on Healing Rhythmic Guided Drum Circle! Limited Community Instruments 🥁 🪘 available! 1st Come, 1st Serve! Bing Bang Boom! The Return Of Monday Evening Cyphers at the Norton is here! Starting June 3rd and continuing EVERY MONDAY through August we will be hosting a weekly drum cypher for the community! No cover but the night sky! Communal Instruments 🪘🥁 and seating 🪑 available ! Complimentary (but limited) Water Bottles! 5:30 - 7:30 pm. Drum warmup workshops till 6:00 pm followed by free drumming over set bottom rhythms.

Spring in the Sunshine is almost here and the Students of will just be finishing their Spring break! Just in time for the end of the school year and we want to make sure they and we are in the right energy for it! So a Spring Round Up has been put together for just an occasion! VENDORS WANTED! Was privileged to cohost @delouafrica First EVER Big Mask Festival down in Dade this Weekend! Learned about many different mask celebrations and cultures from the mother land…even got to do a quick build on the masking of African culture here in the West and throughout the diaspora! @livintherhythm bought the 2023 in drumming by the beach in Ft Pierce for a New Years Eve Party @sunrisesandsbeachresort . You know when @gpurz , @jamindian95 and @basidamanblack get together on them drums it’s a big deal!
