♻️ One person’s trash can become another person’s masterpiece.

Students transformed everyday discarded materials into temporary “Junk-o-Grams” using bottle caps, puzzle pieces, corks, soda tabs, straws, and other rescued materials as part of our grant-funded out-of-school time programming with Prime Time PBC, Inc.

Through this activity, we explored the idea that our time on Earth is temporary, too. The choices we make today about consumption, waste, and reuse help shape the future environment we leave behind.

The best part? No special art supplies required. Just creativity, curiosity, and a new way of looking at the materials already around us. 🌎✨

Spend the day exploring creative reuse through hands-on artmaking that transforms discarded paper, textiles, and found materials into something entirely new.

General Admission gets you into all our interactive maker stations including encaustic monoprinting, screen printing, mail art collage, found poetry from book pages, texture print accordion books, and envelope book making. PLUS shop our TreasuRE for new finds.

Want to go deeper? 𝐀𝐝𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬 and reserve a seat in one of our featured 50-minute, artist-led workshops. Choose from botanical collagraph monoprints, handmade bookbinding, gelli plate printing, paper beads, cyanotypes on fabric, and altered book making. Space in these is limited, so don't wait.

No experience necessary. All levels of crafting expertise are welcome.
