There is a strength that does not need to announce itself. Like the ocean, it simply moves with depth, grace, mystery, and power. 🌊

Inspired by Natacha Pereira in the spirit of Yemaya, this piece was created as a reflection of the divine feminine as water… nurturing yet untamable, gentle yet immeasurably vast.

Her garments flow like the sea itself, adorned with silver leaf and cowrie shells symbolizing intuition, abundance, protection, and ancestral wisdom carried through the currents of memory.

Yemaya reminds us that healing is not always loud. Sometimes it arrives like a tide… quietly reshaping the soul.

Every mural begins as a conversation between space, story, and spirit.

This piece was created for Viva, the vibrant Mexican restaurant envisioned by Ray Garcia at 16701 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. Painted with interior latex over Venetian plaster, the mural became part of a larger decoupage collage concept designed by Cynthia Santos and brought to life through the talented team at Chalk and Brush.

Inspired by movement, color, and feminine vitality, this figure seems to rise with the wind—an embodiment of beauty, freedom, and the living energy that transforms a wall into an experience.

Public art has the power to do more than decorate a space. It shapes atmosphere, tells a story, and invites people to feel something the moment they walk in.

Grateful to have contributed to a project where art, design, and culture came together so seamlessly.

Some faces arrive as memories.
Others feel as though they have been waiting patiently to be remembered.

While creating this piece, I felt guided by a presence both familiar and ancient, as an ancestral voice was revealing itself through color and form.

We all carry the imprint of those who came before us. Their resilience lives in our features, their wisdom in our intuition, and their prayers in the quiet impulses that lead us toward our purpose.

This painting is an invitation to listen more deeply. To trust the subtle impressions, dreams, and inner images that arise when we become still enough to receive them.

Sometimes art is not invented.
It is remembered.

Ancient goddesses were never merely myths. They were living archetypes of power, beauty, protection, and the mysteries of creation, sacred mirrors reflecting what lies dormant within each of us.

This is my interpretation of Tanit, the great goddess of Carthage, portrayed as a North African woman and luminous guardian of fertility, sovereignty, and celestial wisdom.

She is part of an unfolding series exploring the forgotten feminine archetypes that once stood at the center of human spirituality.

This video offers a glimpse into the illustration process and conceptual development behind the piece, created in Procreate as image, history, and symbolism gradually took form.

Through water
through song
through prayer
through generations that refused to forget
