The Phantom himself returns to prominence in 2026. When you ride Phantom's Revenge this year, you might notice an eerie presence in the station, and even as you're walking through the queue. In celebration of 25 years of Revenge, the Phantom legend has made a return.

- Various spoken lines from the Phantom himself were used in commercials and on the web site in 2001. These have been re-recorded and will be heard in the queue as well as the station.
- A new Phantom mural will be painted in the station, right below the operator booth. A coaster this legendary deserves a work of art to match.
- First tested throughout last year, haunting music will play inside the station.

These additions will be accompanied by alternating car colors for each train with an anniversary logo on the front, air gates in the station, and new Phantom merchandise in the gift shops. This is the Phantom's biggest year since 2001, so prepare yourself for a commemoration of 25 years of revenge!

The Whip turns 100 in 2026! To celebrate, the ride is getting a refresh. This includes the new logo seen on the cars here, which is inspired by the old logo the ride used back when it was located where Steel Curtain is now. This new logo will be used on some new merchandise in the gift shops this year, so keep an eye out for that. Additionally, come opening day, the old white picket fence surrounding the ride will be replaced with a more substantial fence.
Did you know that Kennywood's Whip is the last operating 16-car Whip in the United States? It's possibly the last one in the world, though there's always the chance one could pop up at a fair overseas. You never know!
