Ann Munson Studio

Ann Munson Studio I create complex yet calming mixed media paintings on canvas with my hand-painted papers and acrylic glazes. I then over-paint with transparent acrylic.

I mix my own paste-paint colors to comb papers that I collage onto canvas or panel. My images are derived from the Northwest landscape or my own farm. People say that the paintings feel complex yet positive and calming.
