The Ura Seeger Auditorium with LMR Promotions are excited to be bringing in shows like Lone Star, 38 Special, etc. to our venue. There are many facets to bringing in shows of this size so we are looking for people who would be willing to work in any of the positions listed below. These are paid positions and have the added benefit of being able to watch the show while you are working.

Guest Services
The following positions available to work in Guest Services:
Ticket Scanners - scan tickets with one of our iPhone ticket scanners as people enter the venue.
Merchandise Sales - work with the band(s) to sell their merchandise before, during, and after the show.
Usher- You will be provided with a laminated seating chart to assist guests to their seats. You will also help serve as security during the show.; you will be assigned a seat from which you can see the crowd while enjoying the show.
Security - Security will be assigned to key locations throughout the venue to ensure guests do not enter restricted areas.
Service Counter - assist guests with ticket purchases, Will Call and answering general questions.
These positions will require, on average, a 5 hour commitment. Ushers, Security, and Merchandise Sales will be expected to work 30 minutes to an hour after the show.
Stage Assistants
We have the following positions available to work as Stage Assistants.
Load In/Out - 4 people will be needed for Load in & Load out. It is important that they are available to work both shifts. Load in will be in the morning into the early afternoon, and consist of unloading and setting up the artist’s equipment as directed. Once released by the Tour Manager, you will be able to leave until call time after the show. You will receive 2 tickets to attend the show, and will need to report to the stage immediately following the show to assist in packing and loading the equipment. Load in usually takes 2-3 hours, and load out is around 2 hours. It is important that you are available to work both shifts as you will help take down what you helped put up.
Stage Hands - Assist with resetting the stage between bands/artists as needed.
You should expect to work 4 to 6 hours over the course of the day broken into two shifts.
For those interested in helping we will offer a job familiarization on January 20th. Guest Services will meet from 9 until 10 am. Stage Assistants will meet from 10 until 11 am.
