Register Today for the 2026 Alumni Marching Band!

Join "All-American" Marching Band alumni from all generations back on campus this fall, and step onto the field again with the "best damn band in the land!" Whether you graduated this spring or decades ago, we have a place for you this Homecoming weekend, Friday, November 6th through Saturday, November 7th!

New Athletics Policy:
In the evolving landscape of college football, it has become increasingly common for athletics departments to pass the cost of game tickets on to band participants. This practice impacts alumni bands, “Band Day” events, and even current band programs. Purdue, along with most Big Ten universities, has adopted this approach. This means that, for this year and into the foreseeable future, alumni band members will be required to purchase a ticket for the Homecoming game to enter the stadium and have the opportunity to perform at halftime.

Another successful Grandparent's University is in the books! 🎉

What an incredible day of learning, music, and fun! Participants enjoyed an interactive tour through Hagle Hall, including a visit to the World's Largest Drum, a marching band station featuring the Big Ten Flags, introductions to jazz and percussion, and an instrument petting zoo where everyone had the chance to explore and make music.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event such a memorable experience. We can't wait to see you again next year! 🥁🎶❤️

Catch a fantastic double-feature concert at Columbian Park!

⏰ Time: 6:30 PM (Purdue Summer Band kicks things off!)
📍 Location: Memorial Island Amphitheater, Columbian Park
🎟️ Admission: Free!

The Lafayette Citizens Band will take the stage immediately following the Purdue Summer Band performance.

Bring your family, grab your favorite lawn chairs or blankets (though built-in seating is available now!), and enjoy a perfect summer night of community and music. We can’t wait to see you there!

"All-American" Marching Band alumni from all generations are invited to return home to campus to relive gameday traditions. Whether you graduated this spring or decades ago, we have a place for you!

📅 Friday, November 6th
📌Music Rehearsal: 6-8 PM
📍Location: TBD

📅 Saturday, November 7th
📌Rehearsal: 4 hours before kickoff!
📍Location: Hull Field
🎉Homecoming game and halftime performance
📍Location: Ross-Ade Stadium

*Saturday's schedule is fully dependent on the Homecoming kickoff time.
