Fitness Friday
September 19th 2025

Attached you will find a flier about DIA's monthly Fitness Friday! This month's will take place on this Friday September 19th! On the schedule this time we have:
Flexibility Class, Technique Class, Strength & Conditioning Class and Yoga Class! It is going to be such an amazing night of hard work and fun!
Every class is FREE for DIA Dancers (included in your monthly tuition). Parents or guests can attend for $8 per class, per person but we are giving discounts for the additional classes if any guest wants to attend more than one.

Space is limited so claim your spots NOW!!! You can sign up and claim your spot on our sign up genius. Just click this link! Make sure to read the age ranges that each class is designed for. We may add a few additional spots if any classes fill up super quick. If you sign up but then are unable to attend, please make sure you go back into the sign up genius (make sure that you are logged in) and cancel so that it free's up the spot for someone else.
We will have more opportunities like these great classes monthly...plus a technique classes schedule starting October. These classes are a great opportunity to further your dance skills, fitness goals, or just bond with people in the studio!

*It helps streamline the registration process
*Gives you access to registration info and forms sooner
*You register for a discounted rate $
*Includes an extra raffle ticket for our raffle basket drawings
*Saves you a spot at DIA for our 2025-2026 season
*Fee is refundable through Sept 2025 if you don't find a class that you love or that works with your schedule

*For the $23 fee- you can Venmo us (Dannielle Manus) OR request an online invoice OR you can mail cash/check to DIA.
*Don't forget to include your DANCER'S NAME & EMAIL ADDRESS when pre- registering!!!
