Our High School Technique Class kicks off THIS Thursday from 8:30–9:30 PM, and we couldn't be more excited!

We're thrilled to have Ellie Burgon leading this class, where dancers will focus on strengthening technique, improving flexibility, building control, and growing as performers in a fun and encouraging environment.

The wait is finally over! 💙

Our "Teacher Reveal" Swim Party was the perfect way to kick off our 20th season! From swimming and making new friends to the excitement of meeting this year's instructors, the night was filled with so many smiles and unforgettable memories.

We are so excited for everything this season has in store and can't wait to watch these dancers grow both on and off the dance floor.

Help your dancer build strength, flexibility, and confidence while improving their overall technique!

💪 Class Includes:
• Full-body strengthening
• Core and stability training
• Flexibility and stretching
• Balance and control work
• Injury prevention and body awareness
• Conditioning for better jumps, turns, and technique
• Mobility and range of motion exercises
