Our final audition prep class is this Thursday, March 12th. We are so excited to have Ella with us this week! We have a few open spots if you would like to grab one let us know by sending an email to [email protected]!

🌟Ella Fankhauser is currently a member of the National and World Champion Weber State Dance Team. They most recently won the title of D1 Hip Hop nationals Champions at UDA this year. Ella also danced at UVU for 4 years where she served as head captain and earned 5 National Titles.

She is an assistant coach for Corner Canyon Drill Team who is currently ranked 4th in the State for 6A drill.

Ella has a big passion for teaching and prepping others to achieve the same dreams that she is living now!

🌟ElJ is a current member of the Utah Valley University Dance Team and a UDA National Hip Hop Champion. She previously served as a Captain of the Mountain Ridge Drill Team and trained from a young age at Elite Academy and Synergy Academy intensively in various styles. She was also a two-time Top 15 finalist at Miss Drill Team Utah.
ElJ is passionate about teaching and finds her greatest joy in watching her students grow and achieve their goals.

Our March "Company Spotlight" is Boston B. Boston is on her 5th season with HIP but has been dancing since she was 2 years old. Her favorite styles of dance are Lyrical/contemporary and Ballet. But she has got Amazing Jazz facials and loves doing Solos. She loves to be pushed in dance past her limits it’s not fun for her unless you are making her work hard. She got severs disease in her feet about 3 years ago and was told the only way for it to get better was to literally sit and keep your feet up for a minimum of 4 months and that wasn’t Guaranteed to fix the damage that was there. So, she decided to keep dancing through the pain and now she only notices her feet hurting when she isn’t dancing.
Boston is the only girl has an older brother and a younger brother. Her favorite thing to do with them is dance in front of the TV or around them when they are playing video games or talking to friends. She is Obsessed with Flamingos , being on the go 24/7 and hanging out with friends.
When Boston gets older she wants to be a NICU doctor, and go in to Cosmetology, and do something with dance. She wants to do it all.
She loves HIP and is grateful she still has a couple more years with them and then wants to try out for Cyprus Drill Team

Our March "Class Spotlight" is Sarah F. Sarah has been dancing at HIP from the age of 3 and now at the age of 8 has really enjoyed taking Hip-Hop! Aside from her love for dance, Sarah likes to listen to music, loves all things art, being creative, playing video games and spending time with friends. Sarah has 1 big brother, a little brother and a little sister who loves to mirror everything she does. Sarah has an extensive collection of Barbies, accessories and of course the Barbie Dreamhouse to house it all. Although quiet at first, Sarah has a very expressive and comical side when she warms up to you. Don’t let her shy appearance fool you as she’ll shoot to take center-stage when given the chance! We love our little Sarah-Boo!
