At this time, I am painting for myself. Paying attention to what brings me joy, how I get lost in time, how sitting in silence for hours while painting is anything but quiet because I am left with my own thoughts. The channel is open. I am painting to receive that spark, that magic that people call inspiration. While painting, I am not alone, I am with all of my different selves in other dimensions having telepathic conversations. And yes, I paint sober. ✨ 🪐 💫 🚀

It took me three hours of procrastinating around the studio to actually sit at the easel and paint this Casablanca Lily. I was intimidated by my reference and didn’t know how I was gonna paint a white flower and make it look real. The truth is, with anything, you don’t know how until you just do it. This 15 second reel translated in real time has me sitting at the easel for hours. I could’ve easily sat there longer fussing over details, but I’m working on allowing my paintings to be looser. I lose myself and track of time when painting flowers… they bring me so much joy! 🌺 🩷 🌼 💛 🌹 ❤️ 💐 💚

Happy Earth Day!

To the planet that holds us, feeds us, and reflects us back to ourselves, I’m sending love to every corner and every being who calls this place home.

The patterns in these LOVE paintings are not random. They mirror the same intelligence we see in nature. Flow, expansion, connection, rhythm. From ocean currents to cloud formations to lava flow to the unseen networks beneath the soil.

What we create, what we surround ourselves with, shapes how we think, feel, and move. When you bring intention into your space, you begin to live in conversation with it.

This work is my way of honoring that relationship. Art as a living frequency. Art as a reminder. Art as a way to stay connected to what matters.

Today is a celebration of the Earth and also an invitation.
To live with more awareness.
To choose with more care.
To create a world that reflects the love we want to experience.
