(10/6/21) Savin Rock Conference Center's future a question. Could it become a brewery? On 8/20/20 I proposed/delivered a business plan reserving proprietary information in lieu of a confidentiality/non compete clause. The proposal included 1) catering/ walk up facility that highlights West Haven restaurants 2) an art space for gallery openings, traveling exhibitions, shows, art sales, auctions. 3)The Carousel Museum paying a share of utility costs. 4) An early learning/ welcome center focused on economic stewardship and utilization of Natural Resources. 5) Now adding a brewery in a remote location as I have experienced brewers/vendors on a team who will support my proposal, which will employ local residents and allow local investment. Long term leases are not good as they do not assure the success of the applicant & can restrict use of the property in litigation. The business and future of West Haven should not be auctioned off to outa towners ( another subject). If you want to be on a qualified development team say so
