Dancan painted a picture for me!
Title: “Homeward”
Every morning, these children walk the same familiar road not because the journey is easy, but because their dreams are bigger than their circumstances.
With school bags on their backs and hope in their hearts, they walk past the little homes that have witnessed their struggles, their laughter, and their dreams. For some, school is more than just education; it is the one chance they have to change the story of their family.
And at the end of every long day, there is one thing they all long for: home.
A simple home. A safe home. A place where someone is waiting for them.
Homeward is a reminder that behind every child walking these streets is a dream, a family, and a story that deserves a better ending.
