Thank you everyone who entered for making the first day of our show a wonderful event!

In addition to lots of fun and food the NCCBRC raised $1185 for Dog Help Kharkiv! Thank you everyone who donated items for the auction and especially those who bid on them.

As the show is drawing near we wanted to touch base about some items that would round out the meals nicely.

On Saturday we will be having an Italian lunch and right now if someone could bring a salad (either Caesar or tossed) and antipasto platter or cheese and crackers that would be great. I think that we probably have enough desserts.

On Sunday the lunch will be pulled pork, chili and cornbread so any picnic style sides would be great.

Thanks so much. We look forward to a 4 great shows and two great luncheons!

We will be in ring 8 for all shows (in the new building). There will be crating available ringside.

Lunch will start at the conclusion of the judging. Looking forward to seeing you there!

It’s time to talk about food.

Chef Mitchel has decided to cook lunch for us on both days.

Saturday’s menu will be Italian and feature ziti, sausage and peppers, meatballs, cannoli and biscotti.

Sunday will include chili, pulled pork and cornbread (as well as leftovers from Saturday if there are any).

We could use the following items to round out Saturday’s meal: salads, antipasto, bread, desserts

Any sort of side dishes or desserts would be appreciated on Sunday.

And for those who don’t cook; ice, iced tea, water and soda would be great.

Pat Krout and Ally Middleton have put together some amazing baskets and raffle items.

The NCCBRC will also be auctioning off a few items and to raise money for Dog Help Kharkiv, the amazing group of professional dog trainers and handlers who have dedicated their lives saving dogs in war torn Ukraine since April 2022.
