She also is on our studio staff as a head instructor and assistant. Her favorite style of dance is hip hop and jazz. Best dance memory? Aly: “My favorite dance memory is winning pom at Nationals back to back.”

What advice would you give to younger dancers? Aly: “My advice to younger dancers is to do everything with confidence even when you are scared, and soak up every moment because time will fly by!”

What do you love about dance team? Aly: “The thing I love most about being part of this dance team is the unbreakable bond we’ve built through our shared passion and everything we’ve experienced together. No matter what, I know I always have my dance family to lean on, and there’s nothing more comforting than being surrounded by people who truly understand and support me. Through every laugh, every challenge, and all of our weird moments, these girls have become my best friends, and being on this team for five years is something I will forever be grateful for.”

What lessons have you learned from being in JFK? Aly: “ The biggest lesson I have learned being a part of JFK is that you have to make mistakes to grow. This applies to not only dance but life in general. Mistakes don’t always have to be a bad thing because it teaches you so many lessons.”

Congratulations Aly! Best of luck to you in your next adventure! Feel free to add your congratulations in the comments!
