The process of painting a piano was so much fun! I met some amazing, kind, wonderful artists. And I love how it turned out. The first Friday reveal at Mainframe was a lot of fun, very well attended, and I got to hug a lot of friends! I'll update on where/ when it can be found in the wild once I know. I'm proud of me for saying yes to this. Feeling joyful tonight.

Hello friends! It's been a long, long time. For the last week, out of nowhere new people have started following me. Thank you! I haven't done anything, haven't painted, haven't even updated my journey much in the last 2 years and there's a reason. The last 2 years, every time I checked in with my inner voice/ higher self, I was told to rest. & I listened. I rested well.

And now, my voice is telling me to Imagine. To dream bigger. So I've started exploring again, Learning. Turning to powerful circles of women for community, guidance, love, grace and wisdom.

I recently finished this moon painting. It represents womanhood in 3 phases. Maiden, mother and crone. I'm still sitting with and healing maiden and mother as I move slowly into crone. I'm learning to celebrate who I've been.

I sold this sweet sunset! I got the order thanks to my sweet friend being brave, testing her limits & trying something out of her comfort zone. I'm proud of her for trying, and for asking for my help because she knows how much I love to paint messy, colorful seascapes. I think this took me 2 months to do, but it is done. All the little scraps are finally glued down. Window garden party, mixed media collage on paper.

I've been procrastinating painting the 3 in process florals I have going by saying I couldn't find the right green out of the tube. So I made myself color mix all the yellows I own with all the blues.

Bonus, this makes my Excel loving brain happy by organizing things into rows and columns.

Final result, still looking for motivation, or a new excuse.

I got to collaborate with some of my favorite artists this weekend! We had so much fun painting pumpkins, gourds and paper masterpieces with the grandbabies.

Love their dinosaur 🦕 costumes. Creative direction by Jo (age 2 1/2) design ex*****on by her mommy.

My battle flowers are coming along. Still have a lot to do, but progress was made on the red ginger flower and the background. She already has a name & a story. I'll share when she's finished.

Keep fighting for justice my friends, for humanity, for kindness and for love. Fight with love and kindness. In the end, love wins.
