Surfer Beach

I was drawn to the mass and twisting limbs of this old tree. The evidence of long life and survival juxtaposed with the graveyard spoke to me. This is a Plein Aire drawing done on site. I hope you too can experience the feeling of time stretching onward with quiet strength.
