We have a wonderful workshop coming up with Designs by Starla this Saturday! Register today!

Please join me on Saturday, Sept 12th from 10 am - 12:30 pm at Gallery 200 for my next workshop, Be Still and Know.

This workshop blends mindfulness and artistic expression to help individuals slow down, listen deeply, and rediscover the creativity within them. Through guided prompts, reflective exercises, and a simple neurographic art process, participants will explore how creativity can serve as a pathway to peace, healing, and personal insight.

This workshop is ideal for anyone seeking rest, renewal, and a meaningful way to engage with their creative side. Come as you are—leave feeling grounded, inspired, and more deeply connected.

No experience necessary. All supplies are included in the cost of $45.
