A VERY HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all of the wonderful mothers and mommies!

May the strength you've called upon to bear and give birth, the commitment and persistence to love, raise and nurture your children unconditionally as self sufficient, strong, resilient and kind human beings remind you that you are needed and quite special, with a guaranteed spot in this world!

May those same qualities carry you through these specific unprecedented times to cherish your position as a "mom" and to feel the love and gratitude!

May your super-mom multitasking skills continue to be an example and a guide for your children today and in the future.

My wonderful students: Hope you are all staying healthy physically, mentally and emotionally strong as we all navigate through this reality which will pass. Hope also that you are keeping a positive outlook, following the guidelines, using your time wisely, eating healthy foods and less, drinking plenty of water, getting your sleep, stretching and exercising, getting out to walk and getting some sunshine if you can, not sitting for too long and looking forward to when we will be able to dance with each other again. Sending you virtual hugs!❤️

THINKING OF YOUI! Helpful tips we may not have known or thought about.

Since we have lots of time on our hands and can use anything that gets us "doing and moving" and not just sitting round. You can consider this as self care.

In consideration for the health and safety of everyone, due to the Flu season and current outbreak of the Corona virus, we ask that everyone please wash their hands in our restroom before touching other members of the dance classes as well as using the anti-viral wipes and hand sanitizer provided at the studio. Rest assured that all door k***s and handles and dinking water tanks will be sanitized.

If you have a current cold, fever, sore throat or not feeling well, we urge you to skip the class and take care of yourself instead in order to reduce risk of infection to yourself or anyone else.
Let's continue to enjoy dancing in a safe environments and to look out for each other.

The Ballroom class scheduled for Fridays will be a drop-in 3 week class for the month of March. (3/13m 3/20, 3/27). Session 1 of 3 starts next week on 3/13. The dance will be East Coast Swing. See you then!😊
