Every couple months we go on a triple date with some of our long time Fit Body family.

I wanted to be able to share firsthand some of the amazing materials I’ve been playing with in my studio.

In my head, it was just gonna be a swatch board, but it turned into a little abstract scene. What do you think?

The way the afternoon light is hitting the iridescent and metallic and neon paints in contrast with the soaked in watercolors is just so satisfying.

Maybe getting back into the regular swing of things has been a little choppy?

All the more reason to share these flower paintings with you 🥰 Flowers are scientifically proven to boost our mental and emotional health - amazing! Yet…. I don’t even need to read the studies to know that’s true. Do you agree?

It’s exactly why I began these flower paintings.

I painted them to help cheer myself up!

Guess what?

It worked!

In a spirit of trying something new I painted these first 4 in a grid.

I had this one last square to go and I couldn’t decide…

This one? or That one?

With help from many of the comments on my facebook and instagram posts we collectively decided on the little yellow one!

Which would you have chosen???
