We have an important announcement. You may have noticed that we have been fairly quiet for awhile. Our studio is still open but we are operating in very limited hours.

My husband needs a heart and kidney transplant. As you can imagine, this has turned our lives upside down. His health is the most important thing for us so the business is not getting the attention it needs right now.

We are still open for weekday evening individual sessions. If you are already scheduled with us, please be reassured that this does not change that. Our Tuesday class for adults with disabilities is also continuing on like normal.

We are not scheduling anything for daytime workday hours and our weekends are also limited (I am working other jobs to make up for my husband being unable to work).

If you would like to follow his journey, we are working on a website that we will share soon. In the meantime, there is a page Michael's Transplant Journey.

We will be continuing with this very limited schedule for the foreseeable future. When he finally gets the call, we will have to cancel all sessions and classes until he has recovered more as I am his caregiver. But we hope to get back to more classes and sessions again soon.

Hi everyone! We have an announcement on our hours.

Beginning May 1st, we will only be open weekday evenings starting at 6 pm until 9 pm and weekends. Over time, our schedule has started trending that way so we figured it was time to make it official!

Weekday evenings are mostly filled with individual sessions and small classes. We will no longer be offering any drop in sessions on weekdays. If you're interested in an individual session, please message us and we'll see if we can fit you into that schedule.

With that being said, we will not be offering homeschool art classes during the day. If you'd be interested in doing them on a weekend day (like every other Saturday for example), please reach out to us and we will get something going! We are also still available on weekends for one-time classes and events like birthday parties.

Thank you everyone for your support! With this new arrangement, it will free up daytime hours for a new endeavor while allowing us to continue providing art therapy and art classes in the evenings and on weekends - the best of both worlds!

Elementary homeschool art classes are offered every other week, beginning September 20th with a RED week. Students can come every other week or can also attend once a month. We can also work out weekly classes if needed. Please contact us to discuss this further. Students MUST be preregistered to attend, though. These are not drop-in classes and will be canceled if there are no students scheduled.

We usually learn about a new art medium, technique, design principle, or famous artist before creating our own art pieces. We work with most art medium, including pencils and pens, markers, crayons, charcoal, soft and oil pastels, watercolor, acrylic paint, clay, papier mache, and fiber art.

Classes are $15 per class, per student. Payment can be made at the time of class. We prefer cash payments but we can also take checks or debit/credit cards.

We had a fun kids paint pour class today! We learned the flip cup and tree ring pour techniques. Here's the paintings we created today. If your child would like to try it out, we'll be learning the swiping technique next Friday from 2-3 pm. All students get to paint an 8x10 canvas and two 4-inch tiles for $25. Please contact us to sign up if you're interested!

In between classes and sessions, I have been playing with resin again. Here's some of my latest creations. 1 and 2 - a lotus candle holder. 2 and 3 - a coaster holder. 4 - coasters for the coaster holder still in the molds (they need one more layer of clear resin before I can pull them out).

Summer Art Classes open now! Contact us to get your child registered.

* Classes are $15 per child per class, except for Paint Pour classes which are $25 per child per class and each child will receive an 8x10 canvas and 2 4-inch tiles per class. There is also a long drying time, so paintings will need to be picked up when dry about a week after class. We do have aprons but recommend kids wear older clothes when possible.

* Classes are part of a series but do not need to be taken that way. Please choose which classes interest your child and fit in your schedule.

****COVID PRECAUTIONS***
We are vaccinated at the studio so we do not wear masks unless clients request it. Your child is welcome to wear a mask while attending class. We do provide hand sanitizer and promote good hygiene habits. We also ask that if your child is sick, please stay home.

Have you always wanted to learn how to make resin jewelry? Then we have a class for you! Stay tuned for more information and class dates as we're ironing out all the details. The class will make two pendants with UV resin like the two below. One is made with real pressed flowers and the other is made with paint drippings from past paint pours. We have a lot of both!

NOTE: This class will be for teens/adults. Resin is not the safest thing for young kids to do.
