🎉 We’re doing it again!

Our food drive was SO successful that we just couldn’t stop there — and this time, we’re going BACK TO SCHOOL! 🎒✏️

We are looking for artists, performers or trainers who would like to donate 1 hour of their time the week of August 10–14 to help collect school supplies benefitting the United Way of Long Island’s Stuff-A-Bus Program! 🚌❤️

We already have an AMAZING choreographer coming to teach a masterclass — and we would LOVE to have more! Whether you teach:

✨ Tumbling
✨ Dance technique
✨ Psychic/medium sessions
✨ Art classes
✨ Workout classes
✨ Yoga or Pilates
✨ …or ANY other talent you’d love to share!

All participants will be required to donate 4 new, in-package school supplies to attend your class. Together, let’s fill that bus! 🖍️📚

.ashley.jade is back!!! 💫

Ashley will be teaching two 90 minute classes with emphasis on understanding of momentum, weight transfer, inversions, transitions, fluidity, and spatial awareness so they can approach complex floorwork with greater clarity and control.

These classes are being capped at 15 students to provide enough space for the students to safely work.

Ashley will also be offering privates on 7/15. Anyone who takes her class on the 14th will receive a discount on a private lesson for the 15th. Please DM Ashley to schedule a private lesson

🌟 A Reminder About Respecting Our Space 🌟

We take so much pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment at The Performers Lab — and we truly appreciate everyone who treats this space with care. 🖤🩷

However, today we walked in to find chocolate smeared across our upholstered waiting room chairs and cookie crumbs covering the floor — and we’d be doing everyone a disservice by not addressing it.

Here’s why this matters:
🍫 You are not the only person using this space. The next person paying to be here deserves to walk into a clean environment — not someone else’s leftovers.

⚠️ Food allergies are real. The Performers Lab is not a food establishment. Every person who walks through our doors should feel completely safe here.

🐜 It’s spring. Crumbs on the floor are essentially a formal invitation to the cookout to every ant and bug in the neighborhood — and we’d like to keep that party from happening.

🧽 🧹 Should you spill something there is a cabinet in the bathroom with cleaning supplies and a mop and broom. By all means, feel free to clean up after yourself or text The Performers’ Lab (631) 449-0056 and let them know you drop, broke or spilled something so someone can be sent to clean before the next patron arrives.

📹 Our surveillance cameras cover every inch of this facility and are monitored throughout the day.

We are addressing this publicly one final time. Should this happen again we will have no choice but to ban all food from the waiting room entirely.

As always, please remember:
❌ No food or drink (except water) in the studio room
❌ No STREET shoes in the studio room
