In 1984, Chuck Janzer founded ATS as its original owner, turning a small operation into a respected, successful security integration company through persistence, innovation, and a clear vision for what professional service should represent. For more than three decades, Chuck led ATS with integrity—building not just a business, but a standard of excellence. His vision established the culture, expectations, and reputation that still define ATS today. In 2016, when ATS joined ASI, it was that vision and established success that made the partnership meaningful and transformative for everyone involved.
Ken Keating, who has dedicated over 30 years to ATS, has been a cornerstone of that success. Serving in multiple roles, Ken’s leadership, loyalty, and work ethic have left a lasting mark on the organization. His contributions have had a direct impact on our customers, our employees, and the day-to-day standards of how ATS operates. His commitment has set an example for generations of team members who followed.
