The holiday light show is officially up and running!
Enjoy lights and music every night from 5 PM to 9 PM.

Just pull up, get cozy, and tune your car radio to 87.9 FM to listen along.

That’s a wrap for our Halloween show!

We hope everyone had a spooktacular time visiting and watching the lights — you all made this Halloween fang-tastic!

Now it’s time to pack away the pumpkins and bring out the holiday sparkle! Over the next few weeks, we’ll be switching our spooky props for some Christmas magic.

Get ready — we’ll light up again Thanksgiving night to kick off the holiday season!

🎃 83rd Street Lights Update! 🎃

Quick update for this weekend’s Halloween show!

👻 Friday: The show will run a little later than usual since we may have some visitors stopping by after Haunted Honey Creek.

🍬 Saturday: The show will start early at 4 PM (even though it might be a bit light out) so it lines up with West Allis trick-or-treating from 4–7 PM. I’ll be out handing out candy until about 6:30 PM, so be sure to stop by!

🎃 83rd Street Halloween Light Show Update 🎃

Hey friends! The Halloween setup is about 90% done — just a few more props to place and some wiring to finish. If all goes as planned, the show should be up and running by Friday or Saturday night! 👻✨

A couple props didn’t make it in this year, and a few were moved around, but I doubt anyone will notice with all the lights, music, and Halloween fun ready to go. 🕸️💡

Can’t wait to see you all out enjoying the show!

✨🎶 83rd St. Lights Update! 🎶✨

It’s that time of year again—and yes, the neighbors are probably wondering if I’m setting up Christmas or secretly powering a small city. ⚡😂 Either way…the show must go on!

This year’s display will bring back some favorite songs from past shows, with a few new additions (if I can wrangle enough coffee and extension cords ☕🔌). I’ve been working on getting things laid out and hopefully will be ready to flip the switch by the first weekend of October—but we’ll see how the calendar treats me.

I truly appreciate everyone’s patience and excitement each year. It means so much to know people look forward to stopping by. Can’t wait to light up the block again (literally)! ✨

Tonight, our permanent lights will shine blue in honor of Officer Kendall Corder, who made the ultimate sacrifice while protecting our community. We remember and thank him for his courage, dedication, and service.

83rd St Lights – Halloween 2025 Update!

Big things are coming! We’ve been hard at work revamping the light show for Halloween 2025, and we’re excited to share a quick update:

🎃 New Layout – We’re shaking things up with a fresh design to make this year’s show even better!

🦇 Bats Incoming – Expect some spooky new additions flying into the display.

📻 700-Light “Tune To” Sign – A brand-new sign will display the radio station and current song playing, making it easier than ever to follow along!

Still plenty to do before September, but we can’t wait to bring this show to life. Stay tuned for more updates! 🎶👻
