Today is my birthday… and I’ve been doing a lot of thinking.

Thinking about the journey, about stepping into my own shoes and truly seeing my life from the inside out.
Every experience carries a lesson.

This new year of my life is about choosing me.Choosing my peace.Choosing my dreams.Choosing the people who choose me back.

And it feels even more meaningful that my birthday arrives right next to International Women’s Day… because my life and my purpose have become so connected to empowering women, lifting each other up, and believing in our own power.

Today I celebrate not only another year of life, but also the woman I am becoming—stronger, wiser, and more determined to believe in myself and to inspire other women to do the same.

Grateful for the lessons, for the strength they gave me, and for the beautiful women who walk beside me in this journey.

“Cleopatra & Julio César” is a vibrant diptych that brings personality, humor, and cultural flair to life through my signature use of bold color palettes and dynamic patterns. Painted with acrylic on canvas, each piece is infused with energy through layers of pointillism, geometric motifs, and rhythmic linework that create movement and depth.

In this series, I reimagine the classic power couple as a spirited hen and an imposing rooster, each embodying strength, attitude, and charisma. Cleopatra, with her expressive eyes and playful coffee cup, radiates warmth and sass, while Julio César, smoking his cigar with regal confidence, stands tall in richly patterned plumage.

Their world is built from overlapping textures, hearts, stars, florals, and abstract shapes that celebrate joy and cultural identity. The use of vibrant, contrasting hues enhances their personalities and makes the composition visually striking and unmistakably mine.

This series is a tribute to bold character, everyday humor, and the beauty found in reimagining traditional icons through a contemporary, pop-inspired lens.
