Seeking Painting Subcontractors

VIP Painting is looking for reliable, experienced painting subcontractors. St. Charles County Mo and surrounding areas.

Pay is a flat rate per job—not hourly. I’m shooting for my guys to make around $1,000–$1,500 per week, depending on efficiency and production. The more efficiently you work while maintaining quality, the more you can earn.

This is not a full-time position. Sometimes it may be very busy, while other times there may not be as much work. This could be ideal for someone who is doing their own thing and looking to fill open time in their schedule. Let's talk.

I’m looking for:

- Reliable self-starters
- A good attitude
- Drug-free and drama-free
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Someone who can walk into a job and handle a standard repaint on their own
- Someone I can trust to take good care of my clients and consistently deliver quality work

I supply the jobs, bids, materials, and project details, etc. You show up and paint.

I’m not looking for someone I have to babysit. You must be able to work independently, communicate well, stay on schedule, and leave the job clean and professional. If you can do that, I'd love to hear from you! Call or text Bud at (636) 445-6897.
