🍬 DID YOU KNOW… A BAG OF CANDY COULD PUT YOUR BUSINESS IN THE SPOTLIGHT?! 🎃

The WSCC Chamber’s Annual Trunk-or-Treat welcomes more than 1,200 trunk-or-treaters each year, which means we need A LOT of candy to help keep those treat bags full!

That’s where our WSCC Chamber members come in!

We’re looking for businesses willing to donate candy for this year’s event, and the best part? There is NO minimum or maximum donation! 🙌

Donate a bag. Donate a box. Rally your office and donate a whole cart full! Every single donation helps, and we want businesses of ALL sizes to have the opportunity to participate. ✨ AND your generosity comes with some pretty sweet business exposure!

As a thank-you for donating, your business will receive:
🎃 Your logo on our on-site Trunk-or-Treat Thank You Sign
📱 A branded social media shout-out from the WSCC Chamber
🌐 Your company name + clickable website link on our Trunk-or-Treat event webpage

That means simply donating candy gives your business another opportunity to get its name in front of the St. Charles County community, increase brand awareness, support your Chamber, AND help us make our biggest community event of the year a success. Talk about a sweet deal!

Whether your business can contribute one bag or hundreds, we would LOVE to have your support. There truly is no donation too small or too large!

📅 Candy donations are due by Tuesday, October 13.

📧 Ready to donate? Contact our Communications & Events Coordinator, Belle Miller, at [email protected] to coordinate your drop-off!

🎉WELCOME NEW MEMBER TO THE WSCC CHAMBER FAMILY!🎉

Reliant Security is a locally owned security and low-voltage integrator based in O'Fallon, Missouri. They design, install, service, and monitor systems for homes, custom homes, multi-family communities, commercial buildings, industrial plants, and government facilities. Most companies pick a lane. Residential alarm dealers don't pull fiber across a manufacturing campus, and commercial contractors aren't interested in a house. Reliant does both: the same technicians, the same design discipline, and the same standard of finish whether it's four sensors and a doorbell camera or site-wide surveillance, access control, and a fiber backbone tying six buildings together. That range is deliberate. It means Reliant Security can start with a customer on their home, grow with their business, and still be the right call when they need a specified, compliant installation for a public-sector project.

🤍 DID YOU KNOW… YOUR BUSINESS CAN BECOME A COMFORT & CARE DRIVE COLLECTION LOCATION? 📦

We’re looking for WSCC Chamber member businesses to help us spread a little more comfort and care throughout St. Charles County by hosting a collection box for our upcoming Comfort & Care Drive of St. Charles County!

From October 1 - November 13, we’ll be collecting new and unused items to benefit The Child Advocacy Center of Northeast Missouri and Blessings for Barrett, two incredible organizations providing support, resources, and comfort to children and families during incredibly difficult moments. 🤍

And YOU can help us bring the drive directly into more corners of our community!

📦 HOST A COLLECTION BOX AT YOUR BUSINESS!

By becoming a collection location, you’re giving your employees, customers, clients, and neighbors an easy and convenient place to donate while helping us introduce even more people throughout St. Charles County to this community-wide effort.

And we’re making it EASY for you! 🙌

The WSCC Chamber will provide the collection box, signage, and promotional materials. All we ask is that you provide a visible place for the box at your business and help us spread the word!

Whether you have a busy lobby, storefront, office, waiting room, or another space your customers and employees regularly visit, your business could help us reach people who may not otherwise hear about the drive.

The more collection locations we have throughout St. Charles County, the easier we make it for our community to give, and the more comfort and care we can collect for local children and families.

✨ Small Donations. BIG Comfort. ✨

📧 Want your business to become an official collection location? Contact our Communications & Events Coordinator, Belle Miller, at [email protected], and we’ll get you set up!

Let’s fill St. Charles County with collection boxes and show just how much our community cares!

👏WELCOME NEW WSCC CHAMBER FAMILY!👏

Our September 2026 General Membership Meeting Sponsor of the Month Spotlight is S.R. Miller Consulting!

Medicare can feel overwhelming, but understanding your options and making confident decisions doesn’t have to be. SR Miller Consulting LLC helps individuals, families, caregivers, and organizations navigate Medicare and healthcare decisions with greater clarity and confidence. Owner Shelley Miller provides personalized Medicare education and guidance designed to simplify complicated information and help clients understand the choices available to them, without the sales pressure. Unlike an insurance agent or broker, Shelley works independently as a fee-based Medicare consultant and does not earn commissions from insurance plans, allowing her focus to remain on education, guidance, and each client’s individual needs. Whether someone is preparing for Medicare, transitioning from employer coverage into retirement, already enrolled and looking to better understand their coverage, or helping a loved one navigate the process, SR Miller Consulting can help make the road ahead feel a little less complicated. Shelley also works with financial planners, HR teams, benefit administrators, social workers, care professionals, nonprofits, elder law attorneys, and other organizations to provide Medicare education and support. Services range from one-on-one Medicare Q&A and decision support to retirement insurance assistance, coverage reviews, healthcare navigation, presentations, workshops, and staff training. At the heart of SR Miller Consulting is a simple goal: helping people understand the bigger picture so they can move forward feeling informed, supported, and confident in their decisions.

✨ We were excited to have SR Miller Consulting LLC as our September General Membership Meeting Sponsor and to give our Chamber membership an opportunity to learn more about the services Shelley provides!

Even if Medicare isn’t something you personally need help navigating today, chances are you know a parent, family member, friend, employee, client, or colleague who has questions or will be approaching Medicare in the future. We encourage our WSCC Chamber members to connect with Shelley, learn more about SR Miller Consulting, and keep her information handy for when you, or someone you care about, could use a knowledgeable resource to help make Medicare matter. 💙
