At Angie’s Studio, we want students to work hard and learn proper technique, but we also want them to enjoy being here.

By now, dancers are settling into their classes, learning new skills, and getting more comfortable each week.

But if your child has been watching from the sidelines wishing they had joined dance this year, you haven’t necessarily missed your chance. Angie’s Studio welcomes new students later in the season when class availability allows.

They may come to class to learn dance, but they’re practicing so much more. 💕

Listening. Following directions. Working toward goals. Remembering choreography. Performing with a group. Trying again when something is difficult.

Dance gives kids opportunities to grow in ways that aren’t always measured by how high they can kick or how perfectly they can turn.

That’s part of what makes watching them grow at Angie’s Studio so rewarding. 🩰✨

Ballet brings grace and technique. Tap brings rhythm. Jazz brings energy. Hip-Hop brings attitude. Lyrical and Contemporary give dancers another way to express themselves through movement.
