One of the most beloved and critically acclaimed musicals, "Into the Woods" provides a montage of fairy tale characters whose paths intertwine as they chase their deepest hopes and dreams through an enchanted forest. When they find their happily ever after, they discover that "wishes come true, not free." Sondheim's words remind us to choose our paths thoughtfully and to remember that indeed, "no one is alone." "Into the Woods" is a musical that appeals to both the heart and the head.

"This is My Body,” our new, devised show, was collaboratively written and created by the performers! It asks: What is the experience of female bodies within Christianity? Are female bodies valued differently?

Join a group of Gordon students to laugh, cry, and wrestle with female embodiment and faith. Opens January 30th!

JUST ENOUGH TO LIVE by Gail Maxwell: When does a performance become theatre? What separates a poetry reading from a monologue performance? In the place between these two ideas of poetry and performance my showcase explores the themes of joy and wonder within daily life and finding the strength that God has placed within each of us, enabling us to live. Be encouraged and uplifted to embrace the little things that often get lost in life.  Rejoice, you are alive.
