IN THE BEGINNING there was an idea to use our groups collective experiences to get local music out and accessible. In about 2008, shows in the Wenatchee Valley were few and far in between and the ability for a local band to get their music out there was a challenge. SNATCHEE RECORDS was thought up as a resource for bands in North Central Washington to use for recording, landing shows, and making merchandise. In August 2012 SNATCHEE RECORDS changed it's focus from recording bands and put more effort into booking shows and helping bands establish a presence. Over the last few years we've helped bands get recording time and put them on 7inch, 10inch, and 12inch records. We've also help bands get merch like beer koozies, stickers, T-shirts, and patches and pins. SNATCHEE RECORDS has established connections that allow us to contact and book touring groups and bring amazing bands to our city. Why make the trip to Seattle or Spokane and if you can see your favorite bands here in North Central Washington? SNATCHEE RECORDS Will put on up to three shows a week. Whether a band is looking for a quick trip or they are on a months long national tour, we can usually find a way to get them in front of a crowd. SNATCHEE RECORDS goal going forward is to continue to expand our group of friends and family and to keep finding new ways to promote our bands, our ideas, and our city.
