🎉 GREAT NEWS! A SECOND PILATES CLASS HAS BEEN ADDED! 🎉

Due to growing interest, we're excited to announce that Pilates with Lynnette Rasmussen is now offered twice each week at The Woods Event Center!

Whether you're looking to improve strength, flexibility, balance, or simply enjoy a fun and supportive workout, these classes are designed for all experience levels.

✨ No experience necessary!
✨ Safe, welcoming, and fun environment
✨ Physical challenges and limitations are accommodated

📅 Class Schedule:
🧘 Mondays: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
🧘 Wednesdays: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM

Pilates Classes offered at the Woods Event Center in Wellston!

Pilates is a gentle yet effective full-body movement practice that helps build strength, improve balance, and create more ease in the body — no matter your age, fitness level, or experience.
Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or returning to movement, classes are designed to feel welcoming, supportive, and approachable.

With regular practice, many people notice better mobility, less pain and tension, improved posture, and a greater connection to their body.

Lynnette, a nationally certified Pilates teacher with a background in occupational therapy, brings a safe, fun, and encouraging approach to each class. She offers modifications for physical limitations while helping students build strength and confidence through functional movement in a comfortable environment.

The goal is simple: to move better, feel better, and live better.

Classes begin Wednesday June 3rd, from 9:30-10:30 am
