Big things are coming to your moviegoing experience at Flagship Premium Cinemas! 🎬✨

This week we will be transitioning all theaters located in the STATE OF MAINE to a brand-new ticketing and guest service platform designed to bring you a faster, smoother, and more enhanced experience both online and in-theater.

As we make this upgrade, guests may notice temporary changes to online accounts, ticketing flow, loyalty features, or app/website functionality while everything is being updated behind the scenes.

What you need to know:
🌟Any presales are still valid and will be transferred to the new system
🌟Online ticketing will be briefly unavailable during the transition
🌟Thursday 5/21 all tickets (other than presales prior to this change over) will be IN PERSON ONLY
🌟Full showtimes for 5/22-5/27 will not be available online until Thursday 5/14
🌟We will be OPEN FOR NORMAL HOURS throughout the transition

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition period as our team works hard to make the process as seamless as possible.
