Dance fitness with Natasha Dancing and exercising to all different kinds of music. There is always a way to modify the moves, great way to have fun while burning a ton of calories !!

Dance fitness is a great cardio work out. I try to focus on every area of our body in each song still making it fun :) Each person is different and that's totally ok and welcomed at my classes my goal for you is to enjoy yourself and burn those calories. Please come try out and see for yourself :)
My classes are:
Monday & Wednesday nights (hip hop cardio) 7:15-8:15pm
Thursday morning 9:30-10:30
