Celebrate Dad with me! Sept 6, this Sunday!!!he turns 90!! Come help me celebrate and embarrass him while he hangs around for a couple of hours at Dude’s Kitchen. He’ll be holding court from 10:00-12:00 if you’d like to come share a cup of coffee, shoot the breeze, and wish him well.

Hello my lovely Picasso’s! I just wanted to touch base with you all and let you know my hip surgery went well. Thank you so much for all the thoughts and prayers! I am now up and moving at a snails pace. My current mode of transportation is not quite garden worthy but it lets me get on the porch to sip coffee and throw the ball for Annie. For those of you who haven’t seen it, I started repainting the hopscotch in front of the library. We will be working on it this weekend and hopefully it will be done soon enough for you to hop on indoors to get a book!
