Sometimes life gets heavy, and we find ourselves fighting battles that nobody else can see. Between anxiety, depression, grief, and just trying to keep everything together, some days are harder than others.

I think we all need the reminder that it’s okay to not be okay. You don’t always have to be the strong one, and you don’t have to carry everything alone. ❤️‍🩹

So today, and every day, I want you to remember these words: I hear you. I see you. I’m with you. 🫶🏻

Whether you’re struggling silently, grieving someone you love, or just trying to make it through the day, you matter. Your feelings are valid, and you don’t have to go through it alone.

Be kind. Check on your people. Give yourself grace. You never know how much those little reminders can mean to someone. 💚

Another year older and somehow still winging this whole adult thing 😂 I’m just thankful to be here, surrounded by the people I love and doing the things that make me happy. 🖤

Tonight I’m heading to my mom’s for dinner, then Tyler and the boys are taking me to Haunted World! 👻🖤 So basically, food + family + spooky s**t = the perfect birthday to me 😂

Well… September came and went, and let me tell you, it was a little crazy, emotional, and VERY busy! 😅🧡

I know I’ve been a little MIA on here lately, so I wanted to pop in with a little Wild Bird Studio update! 🐦✨

📚 I OFFICIALLY STARTED COLLEGE!
And I just made it through my first week! 🎉 It’s definitely an adjustment balancing school, family, football, and the business, but I’m doing my best to keep all the plates spinning! 😂

🏈 FOOTBALL SEASON IS ALMOST OVER!
We’re in the home stretch! My youngest has 2 games this coming week, and then he’ll be finished for the season. My oldest has 1 game this week, followed by the CHAMPIONSHIP GAME! 🏆🏈
