I could not be more proud of our dancers. We finished with a wonderful show. Sometimes they danced through tears, knowing it was their last time to perform with their KSOD family, but they did it with smiles on their faces. ❤️ I am so grateful to have been able to share my love of Dance with so many children over the years. My wish for all of you is that you continue to dance if the passion is there. 💕💕

OUR FINAL CURTAIN 😢

As the curtains close on our show, we can’t help but reflect on the joy of nearly 60 years of operation. The dance studio has been a second home to hundreds over the years, a place for kids to share smiles and tears, to grow as dancers and as people, and to be part of something larger than themselves. Though the final show is hard, above all else we feel gratitude — gratitude to the parents for seeing the power of dance, and gratitude to the students for enthusiastically bringing this art to life.

We’ll be wiping away a lot of tears at our show, but they’re mostly tears of joy and appreciation. Thank you all, truly, for being part of the Kester School of Dance story, and we hope you always keep these memories — and the joy of dance — close to your heart. ❤️
