Located on Park Avenue in the heart of Weehawken, JZT Yoga offers you an oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of Metro-New York. Look at JZT Yoga as your sanctuary – a welcoming environment where you can find peace in both your body and mind. You will always feel comfortable here, accepted and celebrated for your authentic self — and met by experienced teachers who will infuse you with yoga’s magic

. We encourage you to join an enthusiastic community of friends as we grow spiritually, learning to trust our hearts, free our minds and live balanced lives. At JZT Yoga, our goal is to provide a safe, clean and pleasant environment within the Weehawken community for yogis of all levels. We offer classes in hatha, vinyasa, restorative and private instruction. JZT Dance provides our students with a well-rounded education in all facets of dance for ages 2 to adult at levels from Beginner through Advanced. Our classes emphasize correct technique, fundamentals and a familiarization of the dance vocabulary. JZT Dance offers classes in two sessions: Fall and Summer. Our Fall Session begins in September and ends in June with a recital at Union City performing Arts Center. Our Summer Session runs for eight weeks during the months of July and August. Some classes are only available during the Fall Session.

On May 24, 2026, Megan took her final bow with the New York City Ballet, concluding a remarkable 25-year career with the company. Her farewell performance as Swanilda in George Balanchine’s Coppélia was made even more special when she was greeted on stage by her husband and three children following her final curtain call. ❤️

9 years of dedication, passion, and unforgettable memories ❤️

Today we are celebrating one of our original JZT Dance Company members, Isabella Escobar, on her commitment to Rutgers University! From growing up in our studio to becoming a title-winning, regional and national-winning soloist, Isabella’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring.

As a student in the prestigious dance program at High Tech High School, she has continued to push herself both artistically and academically, always representing JZT with grace, hard work, and heart. Watching her evolve into the dancer and young woman she is today has been such a privilege.

We are endlessly proud of you, Isabella, and cannot wait to see everything you accomplish in this next chapter ❤️
