Karate is back on Mondays! This fall, we switched things up a bit and moved karate to Wednesdays, but, by request, martial arts returns to Mondays, 5:45pm.

Let's go! The new semester is finally here! Thursday's combo class begins 9/17, but all the others start this week! More will be added, depending on interest and instructor availability. Is there a dance class you want to take but don't see it listed? Grab two of your friends, and let's get that class going. Teach Hula or other ethnic dance? Let's do it at TDK! Don't go buy new shoes/gear until you read our dress code, available on the brochure and at www.trinitydancefit.com. Small stock available at studio.

Please help spread the word, and come celebrate performing and martial arts in our community! June 6 at 7pm and June 7 at 6 pm, TAPAC. Trinity County kids perform dance or karate skills to high energy songs we can't stand to remember but wouldn't want to forget -- from Weird Al and Dr. Demento-type dark humor to Disney ...and worse.
